Dean A. Bertolino regularly counsels businesses and individuals in all aspects of corporate and commercial law.  He has extensive experience in complex mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, regulatory compliance, securities and corporate finance matters.  Mr. Bertolino’s practice focuses on representing large and small business clients, as well as emerging companies and individuals, in the full spectrum of corporate matters including buy/sell agreements, venture capital, strategic alliances, equity offerings, technology and real estate.  Additionally, he regularly advises boards of directors and management on corporate governance issues and has lectured on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act since its inception.

Prior to co-founding Grey Street Legal, Mr. Bertolino served for six years as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Airgas, Inc. where, as the Chief Legal Officer, he was responsible for overseeing all of the company’s legal affairs.  For the three years immediately prior, Mr. Bertolino served as Associate General Counsel for The BOC Group, Inc.  Before moving in-house, Mr. Bertolino practiced with the law firm of Brown & Wood, LLP in the World Trade Center in New York. 

Mr. Bertolino held a commission as an officer in the United States Army Infantry and served in the Army Reserve for more than twenty years.

Mr. Bertolino has been admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts, and currently practices in Pennsylvania and New York.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Chester County Bar Association.  He has also been included in the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 editions of Marquis Who’s Who in America, and the 2005-2006 and 2007-2008 editions of Who’s Who in American Law.
